- Quality Engineers
 Quality Engineers Responsibilities
Provide quality engineering support for manufacturing facility including Root Cause Analysis, corrective action, and process monitoring. Lead Quality Improvement Teams focused on correcting supplier, manufacturing, and warranty issues. Develop mistake-proofing methods to improve part quality and first pass yield. Review and approve PPAP data as required
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Self-directed, people oriented, technical focus and professional
- Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Knowledge of standard quality tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effects Analysis), Root Cause Analysis, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), Mistake-proofing, and SPC (Statistical Process Controls)
Pre-requisites
Education - Work Related Experience/Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred

Responsibilities
Will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and exhaust emissions characteristics on diesel engines for on-highway truck applications. Identifying electronic engine control maps and strategies, specifying turbocharger, fuel system and air system requirements, analyzing engine performance and emissions data, as well as specifying engine design parameters. Performance engineers also work to resolve manufacturing issues related to performance, and are responsible for final documentation of engine performance. Will be analyzing data in order to optimize performance while maintaining emissions configurations, develop and archive engine performance control maps and work with internal customers to understand and attain the desired performance targets.
