Fashion companies are designing and launching new collections, multiple times every year. Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ensures seamless collaboration across vendors and designers leading to a homogeneous style design team.
While fashion retailers, brands and manufacturers are convinced about the contribution of PLM to their critical business areas, they hesitate to make the move because of the long timeframes required for PLM implementations and perceived delays in its adoption across the extended enterprise.
