 SLM (Software Lifecycle Mgmt) Gateway enables seamless integration of mySAP PLM with Software Lifecycle Management solutions. This would facilitate customers to incorporate software components created under SLM solutions into complex product information comprised of multiple mechanical, electrical and software design elements. This ensures understanding of a product in terms of its hardware and software components.
SLM Gateway version 1.0 is certified by SAP and has achieved “Powered by SAP NetWeaver” status.
Further, SAP Integration and Certification Center has certified that the solution seamlessly integrates with the SAP NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure (SAP NetWeaver XI) component of the SAP NetWeaver platform to exchange data instances of the SAP Business Suite. It is also successfully integrated with the SAP NetWeaver Portal.
