Mr. Ravishankar G. is the Managing Director and CEO at Geometric. He joined Geometric in February 2007 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and has since played a key role in shaping the Company's strategic direction. Mr. Ravishankar assumed the responsibilities of the MD & CEO in February 2009.

He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of finance, accounting and risk management in manufacturing and financial services businesses. Prior to joining Geometric, Mr. Ravishankar was the CFO of GE Healthcare - South Asia. During his tenure with GE Healthcare, he played a key role in turning the healthcare business around and growing it successfully in the South Asia region. Between 1994 and 2002, Mr. Ravishankar held various positions in the areas of risk management and corporate financing with GE, India

He started his career with Rane (Madras) Ltd., an automobile ancillary company, where he held various positions in the areas of costing, management accounting and financial accounting. Mr. Ravishankar is a Chartered and Cost Accountant with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. He is a graduate of the prestigious 'Experience Finance Leadership Program' by GE and has done an executive education program on 'Corporate Financial Strategies for Creating Shareholder Value' from Kellogg School of Management.

Raja Ramana Macha is the Chief Operating Officer of Geometric. He steers the operations across all global delivery centers. Raja is responsible for ensuring multidisciplinary competencies, delivery excellence and scalability of capacity in all our global delivery centers. His experience of 20 years spans building technology and running businesses. His business process expertise includes design process (product development and introduction), production planning, demand planning and forecasting, and implementation of contemporary management techniques in the manufacturing value chain.

Raja is a specialist in the automotive and discrete manufacturing sectors. He has been a consultant practicing 'lean' techniques and has executed several product introduction, manufacturing and supply chain solutions. He has been responsible for specific strategic alliances in the manufacturing sector, and directing engineering business globally to help global companies reduce product development cycle time, costs and defects. He has worked on information systems, business process re-engineering and creating unique business models for solving strategic issues faced by global organizations. Raja's past experience includes advising and delivering productivity solutions to various multi-billion dollar companies in manufacturing, utilities and financial services across the USA, UK and India. His past roles include heading the manufacturing vertical related business for a multi-billion Asian consulting organization and being the country head - planning, logistics and information technology of an Asian auto major.

Raja holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He also holds a MBA and has been trained in Systems and Logistics at the Chrysler Corporation, in the USA and Austria.

Rani Desai joined Geometric as Head of Human Resources and Organization Development in October 2008. She is responsible for talent management, acquisition and development, and strategic organization development. Rani has over 24 years of experience in managing a wide portfolio of HR functions, including partnering and strategizing in growth of startup organizations through talent acquisition and organization development. Prior to joining Geometric, Rani headed Human Resources at Mahindra Engineering Services, a group company of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. involved in design solutions for the automotive industry. Besides IT, Rani has worked in other industries like pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, telecom, textiles, engineering, and shipping. She has a Bachelor’s degree in social work and holds post-graduate degrees in Personnel Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and in Law from Bombay University. Rani is a life member of an NGO, which funds education for socio-economically impacted children.

Kalidas is the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Strategic Accounts at Geometric, and is responsible for promoting cross-selling across the business verticals, while strengthening key customer relationships. Having joined Geometric as a Sales Executive in 1987, he steadily rose to his current role of leading Strategic Accounts globally as well as sales teams in Japan, APAC and India. Kalidas has been instrumental in building a strong customer base for Geometric by identifying new market opportunities and successful fostering of customer relationships across North America, Europe and Asia.

Kalidas holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Kalidas is an active cricket player. During his free time, he enjoys listening to music, playing touch & tag football and preparing cuisine that are not common place.

Priya Jadhav joined Geometric as Vice President, Finance in May 2009. As the head of Finance, she is responsible for all finance matters including corporate governance, investor relations, secretarial and sourcing.

Priya has 15 years of experience in the areas of financial planning, treasury, accounting, pricing and cost productivity. Prior to joining Geometric, she led operations in Finance and Accounting at Genpact for two years. She has also worked with GE Capital International Services (GECIS), Coca Cola India, and Godrej Soaps Ltd. in various capacities.

Priya is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
 

As General Counsel of Geometric, Basil Almeida manages the global legal function at Geometric, and is responsible for advising the management on a diverse range of legal issues.

Basil has more than 15 years of experience in the legal field of which 8 years have been with Geometric. He has played a key role in the inorganic growth of the company, and has developed scalable systems for managing legal risks.

Basil specializes in applying law with a focus on achieving business goals, developing metrics to evaluate legal department performance, and has a passion for driving business processes to manage legal risks. He occasionally speaks at seminars and has published an article on Legal Department Management in the Economic Times.

Basil holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Mumbai University.

Sarvesh Naik took over as Director and Head, Corporate Marketing and Communications at Geometric, after a stint as Director, Corporate Planning.

Sarvesh joined Geometric in December 2007, prior to which, he worked with Tata Consultancy Services, in various lead roles within the Manufacturing vertical, and the Engineering & Industrial Services Business Unit. Sarvesh has 14 years of experience working in corporate functions of a number of companies including Tata Consultancy Services, Tata Motors and Crompton Greaves.

Sarvesh's experience spans across Sales and Marketing, Planning, Distribution and Logistics in the Manufacturing sector; and Strategic Marketing, Business and Financial Planning, M&A, Manufacturing and SCM BPO in the IT / ITeS sector. He has been instrumental in setting up and scaling most of the functions that he has worked in, during the course of his tenure.

Sarvesh has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and is an MBA from the Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He has completed his management development program from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
