Geometric Employee"I still muse over the complete process of placement in one of my dream companies, Geometric. When I joined Geometric as a fresher, it was almost like entering a whole new world. I was doubtful about my caliber to perform the tasks and responsibilities which would come my way. But frankly speaking, the transition from a college graduate to a professional has been really smooth. I would especially like to thank my trainers, whose able guidance and unbiased approach made life so simple for us. They always took extra care to see that we understood each and every aspect of our professional life.

It has been a very good experience working here, and the current team is the best I could have dreamt of to start my professional career with. This experience has not only added a fair amount of knowledge to my profile, but I have also imbibed a zeal for learning new things, a quality for which I will always be thankful to my project team.

I also got an opportunity to work for UDAAN, the corporate responsibility initiative, where I could do my bit for the NGOs. In a nutshell, it is the focus on overall personality development that keeps me motivated.

I am very thankful to be a part of the Geometric family and am looking forward to a long and enriching association with one of India's most reputed company, Geometric."

Geometric Employee"As a fresher, it was as if I was sitting in a boat to start my journey from college to the corporate world. I was a bit apprehensive at the start, but thanks to the Geometric team's valuable guidance, that helped me to sail through comfortably. Our mentors took good care of our technical doubts, and they were keen to see that we were comfortably settling down in the new environment. I would especially like to mention that the interactive, project-based hands-on training made us adapt to the technologies much faster than we thought. The enthusiasm of our senior team-members and their continuous accessibility made us feel totally responsible for the tasks given to us. This responsibility and the value given to me, as an individual, has given me the confidence to perform better in my career, even though I am new. In a nutshell, I would say that the Geometric culture keeps Geometricians motivated while helping them to maintain a balance between their professional and personal lives. This is indeed what binds Geometric and Geometricians together as a family."
