“It's been 7 years since I joined Geometric, yet seems like very short period. My journey with Geometric started from Pune and then moved to Bangalore after a year, along with entire engineering services team. It really feels great to be part of a team which grew from handful of members to a sizeable part of the organization, under excellent leadership.

Geometric always attracted best talents in the Industry with technically challenging work and open work culture. You can find here the people with great passion to mentor others. I cherish the variety of exposures, challenges and responsibilities which shaped my career in Geometric. I have learnt here that teams with good team-spirit, can make great achievements. The important lesson I learnt in Geometric is that 'Imparting knowledge to another person is best way of expanding our knowledge'.

As Geometric grown bigger, quite often we hear about the changing work culture. However I strongly believe that, as an individual or a team, we have the power to determine the culture what we want at our workplace.
