 For two years in succession, 2006 and 2007, Geometric was ranked amongst the Dataquest’s Top 20 Best IT employers. Geometric ranked high in terms of employee satisfaction, and was also in the Top 20 paymasters for both years.

The publication along with the IDC group carries out a two phased study, where they gather information from the company to shortlist the top contenders, followed by a survey of the employees to ensure the credibility of the research.
